Delaware Community Foundation The Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) is a nonprofit organization focused on partnering with donors to build opportunity and advance equity in Delaware. Our mission is to strengthen Delaware by maximizing community-based philanthropy. Next Gen North Early Childhood Development Grant Grants supports programs addressing early childhood development. The Next Gen North Grant total is $7,500. Next Gen North, after a hiatus due to leadership changes, will support initiatives that address early childhood development issues facing vulnerable Delawareans in New Castle County.
