With a focus on Destiny Drivers like Leadership, Literacy, Hunger, Shelter, and Pathways, the foundation encourages applications from 501(c)(3) organizations and government entities. Priority is given to projects addressing community needs. The foundation fosters collaboration and serves as a resource to improve the local community, with deadlines for submissions on April 15 and October 15 each year.

Note: Competitive grant deadlines are April 15 and October 15 annually. Applications are reviewed by a committee of volunteers and committee recommendations are presented to the Foundation board for approval.
