NEO Action Fund NEO Philanthropy Action Fund, Inc., a 501(c)(4) entity, was established in 2009. With a decade of experience, NEO Action Fund has longstanding relationships with hundreds of funders, ranging from individual donors to institutions that support 501(c)(4) organizations.
