Geographic Scope: Stevens Street Historic District, Fletcherville neighborhoods, and Thomasville's Traditional Neighborhoods Urban Redevelopment Area (URA)

Focus Areas: Community activities and neighborhood engagement initiatives

Eligibility: Residents and community organizations in eligible neighborhoods

• Identifies key assets in both people and places with emphasis on people
• Gives residents incentive to take initiative in directing activities they want in neighborhood
• Evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Grant committee made up of neighborhood members and contractors reviews applications
• TCDC encourages neighbors in close proximity to apply as a group
