Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund This Fund is exclusively being used to support nonprofits and agencies who are helping with response, relief, and long-term recovery in the East Tennessee communities facing devastating impacts from Hurricane Helene.

Eligibility

Specifically, we are partnering with organizations supporting recovery for the following counties: Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Sevier, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington. Please note that funds from Neighbor to Neighbor are to exclusively support counties most affected by the flooding in our 25-county service area.Eligible organizations include 501c3 public charities, units of government, public educational institutions, and houses of worship.
