Neighbor To Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund Grants

The Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund Grants, managed by the East Tennessee Foundation, focus on supporting nonprofits and agencies responding to the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in East Tennessee. This initiative aims to assist communities in recovery and rebuilding efforts, specifically targeting counties severely affected by flooding. Eligible organizations include public charities and educational institutions. The fund prioritizes long-term recovery efforts, fostering resilience and sustainability in impacted areas.

Eligibility

Specifically, we are partnering with organizations supporting recovery for the following counties: Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Sevier, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington. Please note that funds from Neighbor to Neighbor are to exclusively support counties most affected by the flooding in our 25-county service area.Eligible organizations include 501c3 public charities, units of government, public educational institutions, and houses of worship.

Ineligibility

The following types of requests will NOT be funded:Grants to individuals.We are restricted by law and therefore unable to provide grants directly to individuals.
