Overview
NAMA accepts applications from qualified volunteers who commit 10-12 hours of service during the Annual NAMA Conference. Volunteers receive a $100 NAMA Scholarship as appreciation for their service.- Must be a NAMA member (any membership category)
- Must commit 10-12 hours of volunteer work during conference
- Must attend mandatory volunteer orientation (online)
- Must meet volunteer schedule requirements
Eligibility
- Use: Funds can be used exclusively within NAMA (membership dues, past recordings, Annual Conference registration)
- Validity Period: Must be used within 12 months
- Important: Scholarship is single-use; if applied to amount less than $100, the difference is forfeited

How to Apply
1. Register for the NAMA Annual Conference - Complete conference registration first
2. Review Volunteer Roles - Assess which volunteer position(s) align with your skills and interests:

3. Complete Conference Volunteer Application - Submit the official application form (available on NAMA website)
4. Await Volunteer Coordinator Contact - The volunteer coordinator will reach out to confirm your assignment
5. Attend Mandatory Volunteer Orientation - Participate in online orientation scheduled for early April (required)
6. Finalize Volunteer Schedule - In weeks leading up to conference, review and confirm your volunteer schedule
7. Arrive Early for Check-in - Attend in-person volunteer check-in and any required on-site training
