Morton Stein Scholarship Fund for Orthodox Yeshivot

Overview: Provides funding for study in Orthodox yeshivot in Israel.

Eligibility:

  • Financially needy residents of Greater Philadelphia area

  • High school and college-age youth

  • Young adults

  • Teachers in Jewish settings
  • Program Type: Study programs in Orthodox yeshivot in Israel

    Required Materials:

  • Completed application

  • Copy of most recent income tax return

  • Letter of acceptance from the program in which applicant will participate
  • Application Deadlines:

  • Spring and summer programs: January 30

  • Fall programs: July 1

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    1. Complete Morton Stein Scholarship Fund application
    2. Attach copy of most recent income tax return
    3. Obtain letter of acceptance from Orthodox yeshiva program
    4. Include acceptance letter with application
    5. Submit by appropriate deadline:
    - January 30 for spring/summer programs
    - July 1 for fall programs
