Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) Fellowship Grant

The Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) Fellowship is a transformative six-month initiative designed for early- to mid-career professionals. Participants collaborate with experienced nonprofit leaders, dedicating around 15 hours monthly to tackle real-world challenges while enhancing their skills and networks. Since its inception in 2020, MAP has successfully paired 54 fellows with nonprofit organizations, fostering personal growth and impactful solutions. This fellowship empowers individuals to advance their careers and drive meaningful change in the nonprofit sector.

The MAP Fellowship is a six-month, project-based program where early- to mid-career professionals collaborate with seasoned nonprofit leaders to solve real-world nonprofit challenges. Fellows stay in their current full-time jobs while dedicating about 15 hours per month to designing and delivering high-impact solutions. Along the way, they gain practical skills, a trusted mentor, and a national network of peers and leaders.
