Application Process

- Drop off at Human Resources office, OR
- Mail to: St. John's United Human Resources, Attn: Education Scholarship/Reimbursement Program, 2429 Mission Way, Billings, MT 59102

3. Application Deadline

- Completed scholarship application form
- Documentation of interest/commitment to CNA career path

- Must maintain employment with St. John's United

Important Notes: Incomplete applications will not be considered. Funds are limited. Scholarship revoked if CNA class not completed or employment requirements not met.
