Program Overview:
A recognition program for minority-owned businesses in Arlington that have demonstrated the core values of the 4-Way Test through integrous leadership in business practices, community service and engagement.

Eligibility Requirements

• Location: Any minority-owned business located in Arlington
• Ownership: Minority businesses must be at least 51% minority-owned, operated, and controlled
• Definition of Minority Group Member: An individual who is at least 25% Asian, Black, Hispanic, or Native American (as defined by NMSDC)
• Women-Owned Businesses: Eligible
• Business History: Nominated businesses should have at least one year in business in Arlington

Who Can Nominate

• Any member of the Rotary Club of Arlington
• Rotarians from other clubs may suggest businesses, but official nomination must be made by a Rotary Club of Arlington member

Recognition Benefits

• Business owner invited to a regularly scheduled club meeting
• Lunch provided by nominating member
• Brief presentation of the business's value to the community shared with the club
• Certificate of recognition presented to business owner
• Picture with club president and write-up about the business published in the Hubcap
