Mission

Minnesota Veterans 4 Veterans Trust Fund is committed to finding and supporting organizations that provide the highest quality services to veterans and their families.

Focus Areas

The fund supports organizations working in the following areas:
• Health Care (including dental, hospice, and end-of-life care)
• Transportation (van programs for veteran medical appointments)
• Social/Human Services (employment seminars, computer technology training)
• Education and Outreach
• Disabled Veterans Programs (outdoor recreation and hunting/fishing events)

Eligible Organizations

Must be Minnesota-based organizations serving veterans. Organizations should:
• Provide direct services to Minnesota veterans and their families
• Demonstrate high standards of service quality
• Fit within V4V's focus areas
• Meet criteria outlined in the Application Guidelines and Eligibility Checklist

Examples of Funded Programs

• County Veteran Service Officer transportation programs and training
• Veterans medical transportation (vans and buses)
• VA Hospital accessibility programs
• Dental clinic equipment for veterans homes
• Hospice and end-of-life care services
• Outdoor recreation programs for disabled veterans (hunting, fishing)
• Military museum awareness campaigns
