Milton-Freewater Area Foundation The Milton-Freewater Area Foundation was established for the purpose of creating a Trust for charitable and educational uses in our community. "To most effectively assist, encourage and promote the wellbeing of mankind and primarily the inhabitants of the city of Milton-Freewater, Oregon and its vicinity, as now or hereafter constituted." The Milton-Freewater Area Foundation distribution committee meets on a quarterly basis (Mar, June, Sept, and Dec) to decide on funding. Applicants will be notified about grant request after the quarterly meeting has concluded.Eligibility
