Micro Machine Works / AOMC Scholarship

Award Purpose: Support students on their engineering path and manufacturing career development
- Local students from Appalachian Ohio region
- Internship experience with manufacturing companies
- Demonstrated commitment to engineering and manufacturing careers
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn
- Completing advanced certifications in industry-standard software (Solidworks, MasterCam, etc.)
Eligibility
- Warren High School graduate
- Completed 650-hour internship at Micro Machine Works (counted as advanced machining course)
- Graduated Cum Laude from Washington State Community College with degree in Mechatronics and Robotics
- Certified in Solidworks and MasterCam
- Full-time seasonal employment at Micro Machine Works
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ohio University
- Ultimate goal: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Selected work: Commissioned to replicate Masonic staff emblem using advanced CNC programming and machining
