3. Applications accepted from patients at: WCH, PBCH, NCH, Holtz, St. Jude, and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center
For Colombia Applicants:
1. Personal applications accepted directly from families
2. Must be receiving treatment at a Colombian medical facility
3. Apply through the application portal (see application_url)
