Mentor Hawaii Program

Program Type: Six-month mentorship program

Target Participants: Young professionals ages 21-39

Geographic Scope: Statewide Hawaii (Oahu, Maui, and other islands)

Description: Mentor Hawaii connects young professionals with experienced mentors in their field for professional growth, networking opportunities, and leadership development. Mentors represent diverse industries including finance, hospitality, education, technology, nonprofit, health, and construction.

Program History:

  • Launched in 2017 with 4 mentors and 8 mentees

  • Cohort 10 (2025-2026) features a record 44 mentors, including 10 who have participated for 5+ years

  • Over 150 mentees have graduated

  • Many graduates have achieved recognition including Pacific Business News' 40 Under 40 and Hawaii Business Magazine's 20 For the Next 20
