Memorial Health Fund

Memorial Health Fund is a supporting organization of York County Community Foundation established with proceeds from the sale of Memorial Health Systems. It became a supporting organization of YCCF in 2015.

Mission: The fund transforms the way the community addresses compelling health issues to improve the complete physical, mental, and social well-being of residents of York County and surrounding communities.

Funding Capacity: Up to $900,000 available annually, with funds available every year in perpetuity.

Geographic Scope: York County, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities

What They Fund:

• Programs addressing health-related issues that improve physical, mental, and social well-being
• Professional services, start-up resources, and development of new and innovative collaborative health projects
• Programs that address compelling community health issues

Special Requirements:

• Nonprofit Collaboration Required: Applicants must collaborate with other nonprofits on health-related issues
• Applicants must attend an information session before applying

Program Flexibility: Funding is not limited to large grants; the potential exists to fund one very high-impact program, many small ones, or everything in between.

Application Process
