Medical Freedom Fund / Censorship Defense Fund

Purpose: Provides grants to support legal expenses for individuals experiencing violations of human and civil rights related to medical freedom and censorship.

Eligible Applicants

• Physicians
• Nurses
• Allied health professionals
• Families of hospitalized patients denied effective treatment
• Military and federal employees threatened with dishonorable discharge, termination of employment, or other punitive measures
• Other individuals experiencing egregious violations of "human and civil rights secured by law"

Focus Areas

• Legal defense for those requesting exemption from experimental COVID vaccines
• Defense against medical censorship and interference with medical freedom
• Protection of civil rights when acting within constitutional protections
• Support for legal action to restore human and civil rights

Funding Details

• Award Type: Grants or loans (partial financial support)
• Use: Defray costs of legal and ancillary expenses for legal action
• Scope: Not meant to provide comprehensive legal funding for any single individual
• Level of Support: Contingent upon available annual funding and conformity with criteria

• The Foundation cannot accept individual contributions designated to a particular individual or case (IRS guidelines)
• Selection process must comply with IRS guidelines for impartial and transparent selection

The Foundation states: "Medical censorship is the greatest danger to truth for health that any of us physicians have experienced in our careers." The fund is designed to support those pursuing legal action related to COVID vaccine exemptions and other medical freedom issues.
