The Maryland Tobacco Quitline, 1-800-QUIT-NOW, is a free counseling service to help residents age 13 and older quit all tobacco or nicotine use. The Quitline is open 24/7 with coaches available by phone, web or text. Free patches, lozenges and gum are available to those eligible and while supplies last.
