Marian and Pink Happ Fund Grant

The Marian and Pink Happ Fund, established by Mr. Pinkus Happ, aims to support underprivileged children in California. The trustees, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., ensure that the funds are directed towards impactful charitable initiatives within the state, continuing Mr. Happ's legacy of generosity and commitment to children in need.

Mr. Pinkus Happ was co-owner along with his two brothers, of the Happ Brothers Company, a clothing manufacturing business. Mr. Happ’s father was a German immigrant who settled in Sandersville, GA, where he became co-owner of a dry goods store and eventually a co-founder of a banking house.
The Marian and Pink Happ Fund was established by Mr. Pinkus Happ out of his strong desire to support underprivileged children in the state of California. Grants are restricted to charitable organizations that operate in the state of California. The Fund, with Wells Fargo Bank N.A. as trustees awards an average of eight (8) grants per year for their mission of supporting underprivileged children in the state.

Eligibility

Applicants must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
