Scholarships Grand Haven Area Community Foundation scholarships are awarded competitively based on criteria set by donors. The Community Foundation has a rigorous internal selection process for each scholarship decision, and each applicant is reviewed in depth, and considered thoroughly. Our scholarship program is simple. You are able to apply once for all foundation scholarships you may be eligible for. Once your application is submitted, you will be eligible for all those for which you meet the requirement. Mandy's Promise Scholarship Fund Robert and Patricia Schmidt created this scholarship for students attending public colleges and universities in Michigan and pursuing a course of study in veterinary medicine. With an affinity for our furry friends, this fund is named after a cherished childhood beagle named Mandy who helped inspire a desire to help animals. Robert and Patricia want this scholarship to help produce future Doctors of Veterinary Medicine and Vet Technicians to care for animals.Eligibility

Recipient must be attending a public Michigan college/university and must have attended a high school in Michigan.
