Overview: Memorial scholarship honoring Magnolia Mae Evans, who would have graduated with the class of 2024. Maggie will be remembered for how she chose to live her short life, for her accomplishments, and for all the things she tried and the people she touched.

About Maggie

Maggie's legacy encompasses:
• Passion for nature and the outdoors: A creator and connector who approached learning with energy and enthusiasm
• Renaissance spirit: Always collecting new skills and tackling learning with enthusiasm
• Strength: Mentally, emotionally, and physically, even through adversity
• Connection: A good listener who focused attentively on conversation partners and made everyone feel seen
• Vision and purpose: Developed a vision board at age 13 with clear goals for her future
• Kindness: Her words demonstrate wisdom beyond her years and commitment to helping others through shared struggle

Maggie's Philosophy: "I see how strong I really am. It takes me a long time to be able to see the new beauty in this body, and some days I still can't, but I can use my strength to help other children who are also going through this journey. So now I stand tall and put on my smile because I know I am stronger than anything their eyes could say, and I make sure my eyes always shine with kindness."
