Mack Ness Fund (Ness Fund) Grant

The Mack Ness Fund of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest NJ makes annual grants for social-economic projects that advance the economic and demographic development of the Negev, Israel - especially among young people - supporting private entrepreneurs, NGOs/amutot, local/regional authorities, youth centers, and community centers across fields such as culture/arts, entrepreneurship, agriculture, settlement, and economy. Each September it publishes a call for proposals; process is LOI -> full project card -> February presentation to the board in Israel. FLAG: award amounts and the exact deadline vary by the annual RFP (opens September) -> deadline recorded null; watch jcfgmw.org for the current call. (A separate Ness small-business loan fund is not a grant.) Geographic focus: Negev, Israel.

Each September the Mack Ness Fund publishes a call for proposals (posted on jcfgmw.org and social media); applicants submit a Letter of Intent (LOI), then a full project card; finalists present in English to board members visiting Israel in February.
