Award Amount: Three (3) $1,000 scholarships for full-time students; Two (2) $500 scholarships for full- or part-time students

Geographic Scope: Service area of Slope Electric Cooperative, North Dakota

Focus Areas: Education support for rural leadership development

Eligibility

• Area high school students who are dependents of a Slope Electric member
• Adult members enrolled in full or part-time college courses
• Must attend an accredited two-year or four-year program, university, or vocational/technical school
• Dependents of members must attend Slope Electric's Annual Meeting accompanied by at least one parent or guardian
• Applicant must be present at the Annual Meeting to register and qualify

Application Process

• No formal application required - registration occurs at the Annual Meeting
• Attendees are entered into a random draw for scholarship awards
• For dependents: Both the student and at least one parent/guardian must be present
