About Us Blue Grass Community Foundation is where people go to give to enhance the quality of life in Central and Appalachia Kentucky. The Stephen L. Keller Scholarship The Loren Richards Elder Care Scholarship was established to provide an annual $2,000 scholarship for an upcoming third or fourth year undergraduate student in Kentucky pursuing a degree in a field of study that will prepare them for a career that will have direct impact on the elderly population. This scholarship is renewable for a second year contingent on the recipient remaining a full-time student in good standing with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
