Overview

Lodge Grant Program – Infrastructure and Improvement Projects

Fiscal Year: 2025-2026

Total Fund: $2 million (increased from $1.5 million previous year)

Purpose: Support infrastructure and improvement projects at lodges across the Fraternity

Geographic Scope: Moose Fraternity-wide with territory targets adjusted accordingly

Funding Details

Maximum Award: $25,000 per lodge (unchanged from prior year)

Note on Sign Grants: While there is no stand-alone Lodge Sign Grant Program this year, lodges may apply for up to $3,000 in sign grant money through the Lodge Grant program. This can be a singular request or part of a multi-project request, but the total possible grant award remains capped at $25,000, including any sign request.

Application Process

Timeline:

  • Applications open: Monday, June 2, 2025

  • Application deadline: Monday, July 7, 2025 at close of business (COB)

  • Application method: Pulldown menu on LCLweb

  • Anticipated award date: Near the end of July
  • Review and Ranking Process:

  • Territory Managers review and rank lodges starting week of July 7

  • Regional Managers rank their areas following TM rankings

  • Fraternal record taken into account when recommending lodges
  • Eligibility Requirements

    To be eligible:

  • At least one member of the lodge is required to attend the International Moose Convention

  • At least one member of the lodge was required to attend the lodge's Association Annual Convention in the Fall

  • At least one member of the lodge was required to attend the Association Midyear Conference

  • Lodge must be in good standing

  • Lodge must run as a fraternal operation

    Submission Method:

  • Application accessed through pulldown menu on LCLweb
  • Required Information:

  • Detailed description of infrastructure/improvement project(s)

  • Cost estimates for all projects proposed

  • Documentation that lodge meets all eligibility requirements
  • Process:
    1. Complete application on LCLweb
    2. Submit by Monday, July 7, 2025 at COB
    3. Territory Manager reviews and ranks
    4. Regional Manager reviews and ranks
    5. Awards announced near end of July
