Lodge Grant Program

Overview: Infrastructure and improvement project grants available to lodges for capital improvements and facility upgrades.

Fiscal Year: 2025-2026

Funding Available: $2,000,000 (increased from $1.5 million in prior year)

Award Limit: $25,000 per lodge maximum

Eligibility Requirements:

Lodge must be in good standing

Lodge must run as a fraternal operation

At least one member attended the International Moose Convention in Milwaukee (May)

At least one member attended the 2024 Association Annual Convention (Fall)

At least one member attended the 2025 Association Midyear Conference (Spring)

Eligible Uses:

Infrastructure improvements

Capital improvement projects

Sign grants (up to $3,000 as part of overall $25,000 cap)

Property enhancements

Application Period: June 2, 2026 - July 7, 2026 (ended)

Award Timeline: Anticipated award date near end of July

Review Process:
1. Territory Managers review and rank lodges (starting week of July 7)
2. Regional Managers rank areas following Territory Manager rankings
3. Fraternal record is considered in recommendations
4. Territory targets adjusted accordingly

Note on Sign Grants: No standalone Lodge Sign Grant Program this year; sign grant requests (up to $3,000) can be included in Lodge Grant applications, but total award cap remains $25,000.
