Local Marketing Grant Program

Funding to support local marketing initiatives for lodges, including support for Tommy Moose BOGO program and Tommy Moose costume purchases.

Funding Available: $500,000 for 2025-26 fiscal year

Geographic Scope: All Moose lodges across the Fraternity

Focus Areas:

• Local marketing initiatives
• Tommy Moose BOGO (Buy One Get One) program
• Tommy Moose costume purchase offset costs

Award Timeline: Applications open Monday, June 2nd and close when funds are depleted or fiscal year ends, whichever comes sooner. (Note: In prior year, funds were expended approximately 4 days before fiscal year end)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Lodge must be in good standing
• Lodge must operate as a fraternal operation
• At least one member of the lodge must attend the International Moose Convention in Milwaukee (in May)
• At least one member must attend the lodge's Association Annual Convention (Fall)
• At least one member must attend the Association Midyear Conference (Spring)

Program Features:

• Includes Tommy Moose BOGO program
• Covers costs associated with Tommy Moose costume purchases
• Rolling application basis (first-come, first-served)

Application Process

1. Access LCLweb portal
2. Complete Local Marketing Grant application
3. Submit application on rolling basis (funds awarded until depleted)
4. Application closes when funds run out or fiscal year ends

• Confirmation of lodge good standing
• Evidence of member attendance at required conventions and conferences
• Information on Tommy Moose program participation (if applicable)
