Overview: This scholarship was established by Tom Delcoco, a May 2006 graduate of the ILR program, in memory of Lindsey Ann Johnson Fehl. Lindsey was described as a caring, loving, compassionate, and determined individual who worked her way through the ILR program while holding a full-time position. The scholarship recognizes and rewards incoming students who possess the same passion for education and their careers.
