LIFE Association Trade Scholarship Fund Grant

The LIFE Association Trade Scholarship Fund, established by the Communities Foundation of Texas, offers up to $5,000 to Texas high school seniors and graduates pursuing vocational degrees or certifications at accredited institutions. Eligible applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate good academic standing. This initiative aims to empower students seeking careers in trades, ensuring they have the necessary financial support for tuition, books, and essential equipment.

The LIFE Association Trade Scholarship Fund provides scholarships of up to $5,000 to graduating high school seniors or past graduates with a degree or GED equivalent in the state of Texas who intend to pursue a trade or vocational degree or certification at an accredited community college or nonprofit trade school in the state of Texas. For-profit schools are not eligible. The scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books, and equipment.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants must be graduating seniors or past graduates with a degree or GED equivalent in the state of Texas.Applicants must have a cumulative high school or college GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.Applicants must be in good standing as a student.Applicants must intend to pursue a trade or vocational degree or certification at an accredited community college or nonprofit trade school in the state of Texas.
