Leo A. Seigel – Dr. Philip Shapiro Education Grants

Geographic Scope: New Jersey only

Purpose: Awards education grants to graduating high school seniors from public or private high schools in New Jersey

Eligibility:

  • Direct descendant of a JWV member (living or deceased)

  • JWV member must have been affiliated with a Jewish War Veterans Post in New Jersey for a minimum of three years

  • Graduating high school seniors

  • Past recipients have attended prestigious universities (Duke University, University of Delaware, University of Maryland)
