- Highly motivated individuals seeking to expand skills, perspectives, and networks to impact progressive social change
- Early-stage career professionals with less than five years of work experience
- Individuals showing promise in developing progressive public policies
- Those with demonstrated interest in filling gaps between traditional public policies and communities of color
