- Tuition Support: Comprehensive funding for tuition and eligible fees throughout academic program (per-credit tuition and required fees)
- Forgivable Loan Structure: Up to 100% of tuition payments (including accrued interest) forgiven upon completion of work commitment at LCMC Health facility; scholars responsible for repayment if commitment not fulfilled
- Employment Matching: Scholars matched with LCMC Health facility based on organizational need and scholar preference, most often within adult medical-surgical inpatient units; HPP Match Days occur several months before graduation
- Professional Development: Access to exam preparation resources or stipends for board and certification support
- Competitive Compensation: Upon hire, scholars receive compensation and benefits aligned with LCMC Health's standard structure
- Career Flexibility: After one year of full-time employment, scholars may request consideration for transfer to another LCMC Health facility for remainder of commitment
- Academic and Professional Support: Resources to achieve licensure/certification and overcome challenges
