    Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant: Registered student organization (RSO) at UW-Madison
  • Event Type: Student-oriented, alcohol-free activities open to all members of the UW community

  • Events sponsored by registered student organizations (RSO)

    Eligible Uses of Funds

  • Expenses paid directly to Wisconsin Union or any UW campus unit
  • Space/room rental
  • Equipment rental
  • Internal university expenses can be paid directly; external expenses require reimbursement

    Application Process

  • Applications considered on first-come, first-served basis
  • Should ideally be received four weeks before event date
  • WUD Executive Team reviews applications weekly
  • Formal decision sent as soon as possible

    Marketing Requirements

  • All promotional materials must include Wisconsin Union Directorate logo
  • Materials must state: "Funded through the Chancellor's Late Night Grant"

    Post-Event

  • Recipients required to complete post-event evaluation form
