- Expenses paid directly to Wisconsin Union or any UW campus unit
- Space/room rental
- Equipment rental
- Internal university expenses can be paid directly; external expenses require reimbursement
Eligible Uses of Funds
- Applications considered on first-come, first-served basis
- Should ideally be received four weeks before event date
- WUD Executive Team reviews applications weekly
- Formal decision sent as soon as possible
