Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate from Hankinson High School with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (4.0 scale)

Have plans to attend a university or college located in North Dakota at time of application

Be properly admitted to a university or college located in North Dakota at time of scholarship disbursement

Enrolled to carry equivalent credit load of a full-time student

Pursuing an academic major

Renewal Requirements:

Maintain at least 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale

Continue to meet criteria #2 and #3 above

Can be renewed for three subsequent years (total of 4 years)
