About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Junior Hamilton Memorial Baseball Scholarship Junior's famous smile accompanied everything he was passionate about: throwing his amazing curveball on the baseball field, crooning for the Huenachi Mariachi (Wenatchee), his wanderlust to discover the world through travel, and the serenity he felt with his family and friends at the beach, fishing, and jet skiing. His parents Faby & Dan Hamilton have created these scholarships for a Baseball Student Athlete and a Mariachi Student in North Central Washington to achieve their dreams for continued education.
