Judith Campbell Educational And Community Foundation The Judith Campbell Educational and Community Foundation was established in loving memory of Judith Campbell and inspired by the life and service of her father, John E. Campbell. A Pearl Harbor survivor, decorated U.S. Marine fighter pilot in World War II, and helicopter pilot in the Korean Conflict, John devoted his life to service before continuing his career in broadcast and marine-related organizations in Florida and San Diego. His achievements and commitment to others laid the foundation for this philanthropic work. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations that make a meaningful difference in their communities. It provides scholarships to outstanding students who need financial assistance to further their education and community grants to exceptional nonprofit organizations, reflecting a deep commitment to service, opportunity, and community impact.
