Background: Jordan Hoak participated in Rooted in the Vine, a weeklong Ozanam Center immersion retreat, where she left a strong impression on staff and volunteers through her engagement, positive attitude, and service to others. The fund was established to celebrate her life and inspire young people to bring God's light and love to individuals and communities in need.
