• Residency: Must be a North Carolina resident

Application Process

1. Submission: Form must be filled out by the Financial Aid office at the applicant's institution
2. Form: Jeff and Jan Stoddard Scholarship for Hope Student Selection Form (2023-24)
3. Submission Method: Submit form through NCICU online portal
