How to Apply

Step 1: Identify an Investigator

• Review the Researcher Directory at The Lundquist Institute
• Identify an investigator whose research interests align with your background and goals
• Note that different investigators have different requirements (e.g., some may require volunteering for a term before earning course credit)

Step 2: Contact the Investigator

• Introduce yourself to the investigator
• Share your interests and describe how they align with the investigator's research objectives
• Discuss specific internship/volunteer requirements and opportunities

Step 3: Submit an Interest Form

• When ready, submit an interest form using the provided link
• Note in the form that you have made contact with an investigator
• If you haven't identified an investigator yet, don't worry—submit the form anyway
• The Education Office will assess whether there is an opportunity at TLI that aligns with your background

• Information about your background, skills, and research interests
• Contact information for the investigator you wish to work with (if applicable)
