- Notice of Funding Opportunity Intent
The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (the “Department” or “DCEO”) is issuing
this Notice of Funding Opportunity (“NOFO”) to acquire the services of a qualified administrator to run the
state’s Innovation Vouchers Program. The applicant selected to serve as the Innovation Vouchers
Program administrator will receive a grant for approximately $3 million.
