Incyte Healthcare Charitable Contributions Grant

Incyte Corporation offers charitable contributions to organizations aligned with its mission to improve the lives of patients with cancer and other diseases. Eligible entities include medical schools, associations, not-for-profits, advocacy groups, and hospitals. Requests should focus on healthcare and comply with relevant guidelines. Organizations must enter a written agreement to receive funding, and requests should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the decision deadline.

NOTE: Requests will only be accepted based on the predetermined quarterly submissions calendar.
The Incyte Charitable Giving Foundation
The Incyte Charitable Giving Foundation provides charitable donations to publicly funded 501(c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations that are specifically serving the needs of communities in Delaware and are focused on two areas—Oncology Patient Support and Resources and Community Partnerships.
Oncology Patient Support and Resources
The Incyte Charitable Giving Foundation provides general operating or program support to organizations that offer services or resources to help patients and their families in Delaware cope with their disease/condition.
Community Partnerships
The Incyte Charitable Giving Foundation will provide philanthropic support and/or employee involvement to organizations in Delaware that are dedicated to helping people in need.

Eligibility

The Incyte Charitable Giving Foundation only provides donations to publicly funded organizations in the United States that are classified as IRS 501(c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations.A completed and signed W-9 form (organization name and address must match funding request form) is required to be submitted with all applications.Organizations are required to submit their most recent IRS Form 990 with all applications.

Ineligibility

Types of requests that will not be considered are:
Event sponsorshipsMembership dues (corporate or individual) to professional associationsDirect contributions to individuals (eg, scholarship or hardship assistance)Contributions to those organizations existing primarily for political purposesFunding for sectarian and religious organizationsPrivate foundationsInternational organizations and causesMedical or clinical education grantsMemorial funds and labor organizationsSports teamsRequests that fall outside the foundation’s areas of focusMedical education and patient advocacy funding requestsCongress and medical conferencesSchools
