    Eligibility Requirements:

  • US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations

  • Must have received 501(c)(3) non-profit designation as of the application date and retain that status throughout the grant term

  • Must not discriminate on the basis of race, age, ancestry or national origin, sexual orientation, gender, physical or mental disability, or religion

  • Must not be a political organization, political action committee, or house of worship (accepts organizations with religious affiliations if the project is not specific to or primarily benefiting a religious group)

  • Large-scale impact projects with multi-year implementation
