The JWCC Foundation provides opportunities for alumni and friends to make an investment in students as they prepare to be tomorrow's leaders. Illinois Community College System Foundation Health Care Scholarship The recipient of this scholarship should be: a resident of Illinois; enrolled in a health care program that provides direct medical care to individuals; committed in his/her intent to practice in Illinois or in an area out of state directly benefiting Illinoisans; a student with demonstrated financial need; and a student who attends either full or part time as long as he/she demonstrates a desire to complete a health care program.
