Scholarships - For Students Applying to Higher-Education Programs Idaho Power Technical Scholarship Two $2,500 scholarships are available to support students who live in Idaho Power’s service area and plan to enroll in an accredited Idaho technical school program to learn a skilled trade (e.g., linework, electric power, mechanical, welding, applied technology, etc.). All scholarship awards are granted on a one-time basis for the school year directly following the award.
