North Edge Financing took the administrative lead in partnership with the County of Humboldt, Changing Tides Family Services, First 5 Humboldt, and the Humboldt County Office of Education.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have been open on or before July 1, 2021
- Must have plans to remain open until at least June 30, 2023 or longer
- Applies to licensed child care centers and family care facilities
For Child Care Facilities:
- Must have worked in a child care facility on or before July 1, 2021
- Must have plans to remain in the child care industry until at least June 30, 2023
