Eligibility Criteria - Applicants must meet one of the following:

• Senior undergraduate or graduate with hospitality or foodservice as major
• Professional working full-time in foodservice industry (minimum 3 years experience)
• Graduate from an accredited hospitality school
• Faculty member at an accredited hospitality school
