Application Process

1. Prepare Required Documentation:
- Redact all Social Security Numbers and birth dates from supporting documentation prior to uploading
- Gather 2024 Adjusted Gross Income documentation
- Collect documentation for all income sources (alimony, child support, welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, government assistance, pension, retirement income, disability, social security benefits, or other income)
- Calculate estimated value of liquid assets
- Compile annual expense documentation

2. Submit Application:
- Visit the Hope Scholarship Application portal at seedsofhopedenver.org/get-help/scholarship-app
- For returning applicants: Use the "Previously applied for a Hope Scholarship? Apply Here" link
- Upload all required documentation through the portal

Required Materials

• Income documentation (2024 AGI)
• Supporting documentation for all income sources
• Liquid assets valuation
• Housing expense documentation (rent/mortgage details)
• Health insurance and medical expense records
• Daycare/after-school care or pre-K expense documentation
• Parish tithe or Archbishop's Catholic Appeal contribution records
• Catholic high school tuition payment records
