Focus Areas: Financial assistance for Catholic education

Eligibility: Families seeking financial assistance for Catholic school tuition. Applicants must provide:

• Annual income documentation (2024 Adjusted Gross Income)
• Supporting documentation for various income sources (alimony, child support, welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, government assistance, pension, retirement income, disability, social security benefits)
• Estimated value of liquid assets (cash, checking, savings, brokerage accounts)
• Annual expense information including:
  • Housing expense (rent or mortgage with principal, interest, tax, and insurance)
  • Health insurance and out-of-pocket medical expenses
  • Daycare/after-school care or pre-K expenses
  • Tithe to parish or Archbishop's Catholic Appeal
  • Tuition paid to Catholic high school

Note: Tax returns or W2s not required if applicant has previously applied and been approved

Application Process

1. Prepare Required Documentation:
   • Redact all Social Security Numbers and birth dates from supporting documentation prior to uploading
   • Gather 2024 Adjusted Gross Income documentation
   • Collect documentation for all income sources (alimony, child support, welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, government assistance, pension, retirement income, disability, social security benefits, or other income)
   • Calculate estimated value of liquid assets
   • Compile annual expense documentation
2. Submit Application:
   • Visit the Hope Scholarship Application portal at seedsofhopedenver.org/get-help/scholarship-app
   • For returning applicants: Use the "Previously applied for a Hope Scholarship? Apply Here" link
   • Upload all required documentation through the portal
