HIV, STD and TB Services - Sexually Transmitted Diseases Program RFA (NJ) Purpose for Which the Grant Program Funds Shall Be Used: Applicants may request grant funds for the following purposes:To support Disease Intervention Specialist (DIS) staff in conducting disease investigation and intervention activities, also referred to as Partner Services.To provide funding for statewide safety-net STD testing for uninsured men and women under the age of 30, or those without access to other means of STD testing.To expand local STD clinical services by increasing hours of operation and the number of individuals served for STD testing and treatment.To support the integration of STD and HIV services.Eligibility
