Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri The Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri Inc. was established in 2009 as a 501(c)3 public charity to help donors support their favorite charities while receiving maximum tax advantage. We serve as a vehicle for charitable giving, helping donors give to the causes they care about. Donor gifts will strengthen nonprofits increasing programs and services. Hirsch, Florence Education Scholarship Established by the Will of Florence Hirsch of St. Joseph, Missouri, to grant scholarships for deserving boys and girls residing within the City limits of St. Joseph, Missouri. Scholarship is awarded annually, regardless of race, color or religion, whose parents or persons having the care of such children are not financially able to provide for their education at some established college or university. Scholarship is renewable for 4 years with a 2.0 GPA
