HIRE Grant – Expanding Second-Chance Employment

The HIRE Grant Program is designed to help businesses hire and train justice-involved individuals while reducing employment costs. Through on-the-job training (OJT) support, businesses can receive financial assistance to onboard qualified candidates, while job seekers gain structured employment opportunities for career advancement.
